At Tyrone's Flags, every item is handcrafted with care and made to order.

Because each flag is custom handmade, I do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. I'll work with you to make it right, whether that means a replacement or refund.

To start a claim, simply email me with your order number and details of the problem.
